
Bob Grauer joined Luck Stone in 1984. The first 12 years of his career were spent in operations management where he held several Foreman and Plant Manager Positions. His previous executive leadership roles included Regional Vice President, Support Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. As a Regional Vice President, Grauer managed the organization’s strategic growth, market development, operational improvement and financial results. In his Support Vice President role he was responsible for marketing, engineering, research and development, quality assurance, transportation and strategic tactic development. As Chief Operating Officer, Grauer supported operations, strategy execution, business unit support and financial results.
A graduate of Washington and Lee University, Grauer is also a member of the Luck Stone Leadership Team responsible for long-term strategic growth and financial health of the business. As a member of the Company’s Growth Leadership Team, he helps drive differentiated growth and superior financial results across all businesses of the Luck Companies organization.
