How long have you worked for Luck Stone?
Since 2003.
Describe your student work at Luck Stone?
I was a Cooperative Education student while enrolled at Virginia Tech. I worked at Luck Stone during the summer of 2000, and for the entire calendar year of 2001. It was an unbelievable training ground for me, because it was a prelude to what I would be doing in my career. When I graduated, Luck Stone offered me a full-time job, and it's been perfect for me!
What's a typical day or week like for you?
I don't have typical days; I can have my day planned out and it gets completely turned around. Generally, I spend half of my time in the office and half of it out in the field. Spending time at our locations is extremely important to me because it helps me develop and grow relationships, and understand the operations. Being on site also happens to be the most fun for me.
