What's a typical day or week like for you?
There's no such thing as typical, but I do spend most of my time working with internal and external customers. Much of my work is driven by what other people need, and conversations with others can range from answering general questions to having behavioral conversations that can help people grow and develop.
What makes the company different from other places where you might work?
The company is truly concerned about you, the associate. It all goes back to the Luck family, and the way they choose to run their business. They are sincerely focused on the people. In fact, all of the people here are genuine.
