Advantage Access is compatible with most Internet browsers. (Please see security message below for encryption setting.)
AOL browsers are not supported. For assistance in using AOL for Advantage Access please contact us at advantagehelp@luckstone.com.
High-speed Internet connections allow maximum performance with our system. Dial-up connections will work, but may result in slower performance.
User Name and Passwords
Our users are given an initial User Name and Password in this example format:
User Name: B_SMITH (letters and an underscore are used)
Password: BSMITH1 (letters with at least one number)
* Upon first entering the site, we prompt you to change your password. Luck Stone does not know what this password is. Please note that User Name and Passwords are case sensitive.
* Please remember to use the underscore when entering your User Name.
* If your password is misplaced or forgotten, please select the "Forgot Your Password?" link. After providing your username and email address and then answering a security question (that you previously supplied the answer to) you will be able to generate a new password.
Tutorial
Luck Stone has developed an interactive tutorial that will help educate new users and answer any questions you might have about the Advantage site. After logging into Advantage, you can access the tutorial in the Getting Started section. You can also take advantage of our new Help sections that are available throughout the site.
Our Security Message
With recent software and hardware upgrades underway, some customers may see a new security message displayed once they sign into the service. Please note that your information is visible only to those with your company passwords, and that your information is considered secure. As with any Internet-based secure service, password management is important. You will want to change your company’s passwords if employees, having previous access to the service, leave your company.
The site requires 128-bit encryption. To check this, you can select "Help" on your browser, then "About (browser name)" to view this setting — Cipher Strength: 128-bit. If you need further assistance please contact us at advantagehelp@luckstone.com.
